There is a stock slip on map that Bazzaz put on that comes standard with the Bazzaz. From what I can gather Bazzaz set the AFR themselves for the bike that the Bazzaz is produced for. Graph is open source and distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), which means that you may use it freely and give it to whomever you like. The AFR is set at 13.0 on my bike (GSXR 750 K9) which was set by Bazzaz but you can change it.
